Anh's Anger Goes to School includes a personal visit from Gail Silver along with a reading of Anh's Anger, educational discussion of how to mindfully express anger, followed by an age appropriate lesson in mindful movements and mindful breathing or an Anh's Anger inspired writing and art project.
